Located within the historic Guandalupe Neighborhood, Casa Chamisa is walking distance to the famed Santa Fe Plaza and only steps from the Railyard district. Walk to the best restaurants and bars in town without having to worry about whether you can have that last margarita or not!

A remarkable rarity for downtown Santa Fe, our property has private gated parking space for multiple cars: The ultimate peace of mind for your vehicles. Ideally located, we are a 30min drive to the Santa Fe Ski Basin as well as one of the easiest access points from downtown Santa Fe to Taos, Los Alamos, Abiquiu, and the Valles Caldera.

Our spacious, light-filled home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, several living spaces, an open kitchen, library and TV room. The home is classic Santa Fe style, inside and out, with warm tile floors, over 7 expansive skylights and traditional vigas and latillas beam ceilings. Much of the furniture is from local craftspeople and from our own world travels.

Perfectly located for collaborators of the Santa Fe Institute, School for Advanced Research, and Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Dedicated, gated parking spaces for three cars with space to maneuver. Cars are protected by a locked steel automatic gate that is secured on either side.

Bath tub and shower in master bathroom. Shower in second bathroom for maximum privacy.

Kiva-style fireplace

The living room includes a traditional kiva-inspired fireplace, and the main bedroom has a classic gas-powered stove. Only available for use in the winter.

Large, flat screen TV in dedicated theater room. Log into your streaming service of choice.

Central air conditioning and heat

Single thermostat for both heating and air conditioning. No mini-splits, fans, or other after-market additions – only the best for your ultimate comfort.

Basic toiletries to get you started

We provide enough hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels and toilet paper for the first few days of your stay.

The house includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

High-speed wireless internet

A mesh network provides strong, remote-work compatible wifi throughout the house. The internet comes through a dedicated outdoor antenna that does not rely on unreliable local cable companies.

Access to the front gate and house are controlled electronically, for easy check-ins and no more lost keys!

Our trusted housekeeper is available for you when you need, as you need. Let us know how often you want additional cleaning, at cost- 100% of the fee goes directly to the housekeeper.
